Tooth Fairy and School Disco

Its been a busy week for the Tooth Fairy in this house. Caitlin and Zoe have lost 2 teeth each this week. I dont think Caitlin has many more to go lol. One of Zoes front teeth has fallen out now and this happened at the school disco last night. As it was on of the big teeth at the front she got £2 from the tooth fairy. She was one happy girl this morning.

The school disco was fun.  The girls really enjoyed themselves, dancing with their friends. I wish I had taken my camera!! We stayed till about 10pm after saying we werent staying late oh well.


Tonight is another disco but this is taking place in the house. Caitlin and Scott are way to the shop to get some 'party food'. Caitlin is organising it all by herself. The wee soul.

Catch up

On Saturday went to watch Caitlin run in her cross country race. She did very well. She came 22nd and was the 2nd girl from her school to finish. Very proud of her. 

Then on Sunday we went to the cinema to see Diary of a Wimpy Kid. It was quite good. The girls seem to enjoy it and was fantastic value. It only cost £9 for the 4 of us and thats including sweets,popcorn and a drink each for the girls.

Monday went for my usual walk with 2 friends and then it was catching up with housework etc and baking.


Tuesday just absolutely flew by. Where did the day go?? Caitlin & Zoe had swimming this evening.  They both worked really hard. 


Today I have again been out for my walk with friends. Wednesday is the day we go for a long walk. Was back in the house for 10.15 so had breakfast and just caught up with some bits and pieces around the house. Now enjoying a coffee before deciding what to do

A Windy Day

Still went for my walk this morning, even though it was very windy. But surprisingly it wasnt that cold (maybe because we were walking very fast lol).

Decided to do some more baking today. I made some fruit scones and more little cakes. Really enjoying this baking bug just now. Hope it keeps up :)

Caitlin is doing her cross country tomorrow morning. Being picked up at 9am so no long lie for us.  Hopefully I will get some good pictures and will post them on here.

Hey Hey its February (already!!!)

Its February already and I thought why not start a blog this month. 

I have been following my mums' so I thought why not give it a go.

So what have I done today. Well I was in the mood for baking. I made 2 batches of fairy cakes, some pancakes. Then I decided I would make a quiche. Yes mum you heard right a quiche. Ive had some for my lunch and do you know what? it tastes rather good!!! A pat on the back for me lol
